Prince of Persia The Movie

Prince of Persia is a great game and now they are shooting a movie of it. Jake Gyllenhaal plays the lead character, Prince Dastan and below are some photo stills from the set and the movie poster. There are still mixed feeling from the fans regarding this movie and Jake being chosed to play the character. I personally like how the whole movie, its look and the characters/actors are panning out specially the teasers, clips and the set pics are looking. Hopefully the end product is good.

Ryan Reynolds is Green Lantern??

Well there's a buzz going that the Green Lantern will be played by Ryan Reynolds. Nothing is final yet on who will be cast as GL. One celebrity who is also in the news to play GL is Justin Timberlake. Please, dont let him play the role of Green Lantern..please. I'd rather pick Ryan than Justin.. Hopefully the producers of the movie and the DC people will pick a good actor that is fit to play the Green Lantern.

Scarlett Johansson is a Widow!

Yes! She is the new Black Widow in the upcoming Ironman 2 Movie. Fans have different reactions in Scarlett being picked to play the part of the Widow. Some are good and some are bad. I just hope she did a swell job portraying the character even though she doesnt look the part for playing the role of the Black Widow. Black Widow is a pretty strong character, so lets hope she does gives justice to the character..

1st Asian-American Comicon

The FIRST Asian-American Comicon will be held on the 11th of July 2009 at the Museum of Chinese in America in NY from 10am to 5pm. This a new venue for all comic book artist of asian decent. It is said that there are only 250 tickets that will be sold for the said event (quite few dont you think?). Some of the special guests for this event are Larry Hama, Sean Chen, Greg Pak and a whole lot more. Though there werent any Filipino artists (i think..) in the line up of guests, hopefully some of them would come and dropby to the event and represent.
